As a support intern, you’ll lead the real time support of Momenteo, which is at the core of the relationship with our clients. You’ll be finding solution directly on the front line while offering a professional customer service. With the development team, you’ll also work on optimizing the support pipeline, to reduce the response time while enhancing the general level of satisfaction.
You’ll also support the CMO with tasks related to acquisition strategies (online and offline)
- Support Momenteo users in french and english.
- Develop a knowledge base to reduce response time and the number of requests.
- Assist the CMO with acquisition tasks (Partnerships, online advertisement, content strategy, etc.)
- Develop tactics to boost the retention, activation and virality.
- Manage the social medias
- Bilinguism (french and english).
- Mastery of written communication
- Interest in the startup world
- An understand of acquisition channels
