On Momenteo’s calendar, you can add work done, travels, expenses, and work times. When you use our time tracker, you can bill and follow all the minutes you have been working on a specific project. It is relevant if you need to know how much time you spend on a task.

How to start the time tracker

Momenteo offers intelligent time trackers to track your work done in almost any context easily. The process is pretty simple: Press a button when you start working, press it again when you stop, convert it into work done in the calendar, invoice it to a client, get paid. You only need to click on the Time tab to start using our time tracker. An icon will also appear to tell you when the timer is on.

Please note that this functionality is available with the Explore and Plus plans.

  • Who has access to the time tracking feature?

    Momenteo's time tracking functionality is included with Explore or Plus subscriptions.

  • How do I start the time tracker?

    To start the time tracker, simply go to the Time tab and select Start timer. You will have the option of pausing it if you wish.

  • Can I enter working hours without having the Time tracking function?

    Yes, you will have the option to enter the hours spent with a client or working alone, directly in the Time tab or from the calendar.

  • Can I group different times recorded at different moments?

    Yes, it is possible to do so. Simply select the dates or customers then select Merge items. The times and the amounts will then be grouped together.

  • How do I create an invoice from the time recorded?

    When a customer's time is saved, an invoice will automatically be created in their name in the Invoice tab. You can then create their invoice.
