How much does it cost to use Momenteo?

Can I pass Momenteo as a freelance expense?
Totally! Momenteo is a valid business expense.
What does my subscription include?
Unlimited access to Momenteo and live support from the team (none of it is outsourced, you’re talking directly with the team). The difference between our different plans is mainly the number of active customers.
When will I be billed?
Payment is due at the time of your order. We offer Momenteo Start, Explore and Plus with a minimum subscription period of one month or 12 months. You pay your Momenteo plan in one payment for the duration of the selected contract. Your contract will be automatically renewed for 1 or 12 months and payment will be due unless you cancel your subscription before.
Which payment methods do you support?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.)
How secure is your payment system?
We use Stripe to collect payments, which is a system trusted by the biggest players in the industries. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your Momenteo subscription, you can do it directly from the web app. It’s not buried deep down in an obscure corner, you don’t have to send us an explanatory email and you won’t have to give us an awkward phone call.
How can I upgrade from a free plan to a premium plan?
Log in to your Momenteo account and click on "Boost" at the top right in the settings tab. All your elements (contacts, invoices etc) will be automatically saved.
What happens with my data if I miss a payment?
Your data is stored in the safest way possible, and none of it will be lost. We don’t delete anything unless someone specifically asks for it. This means you’ll find your data exactly how you left them.
My credit card is expired, where do I enter the new informations?
Open the sidepanel by clicking on the small wheel at the top-right of your screen (inside the app) and go to the "Subscription Panel", you’ll be able to change your credit card information directly from there
Will I receive a receipt for every payment?
You will receive a receipt every month, by email.
